Dal colore giallo paglierino luminoso, questo vino si apre al naso con un bouquet intenso e raffinato di fiori bianchi, che richiama il profumo di primavera in piena fioritura. In bocca si presenta fresco e armonico, con una struttura fine esaltata da delicate sfumature minerali. La spiccata acidità dona vivacità e sostiene una persistenza aromatica lunga e gradevole, che invita al sorso successivo. Ideale in abbinamento a piatti di mare come pesci al vapore o alla griglia, crostacei, risotti ai frutti di mare e preparazioni leggere.
